Which phone number did you type in to get the email sent to you? Did you type in the old tracfone account phone number or the new number assigned to the sim card your trying to get working in this old phone? I've never gotten an email response back from them after several attempts even though their software says my phone is eligible to be unlocked.

FYI you can not access the website from New Zealand or Australia, I managed to get a friend on discord to do the wbsite part for me thanks for the help.

Hi, Alex, I could do 3, but in the next, only reads ELEGIBLE, and upon press SUBMIT , it just goes back to the prior page, and NO codes, I already tried from a different IP address but it didn't work, no codes no more. I think I know what is happening: a "buyer" told me to provide to him all my IMEI numbers to check them, but then he didnt say anything else; I think he cloned my IMEIs and asked for the codes to Tracfone, because I just did another one that I didn't give the IMEI to the "BUYER" and in this one Tracfone provided the unlock codes as normal. How do I know this guy effectively cloned my IMEIs? With this last one, I did 4 so far.

worked for me thanks, I just had one problem getting my imei right, it should be just 15 numbers, and my phone gave me more than that. Still it worked with the first 15 digits
