How to Unlock the 60/144 fps in Need For Speed Rivals

I've tested 60, 144, 90 and 120 too. My laptop's RR is 144hz and when I set 144, then before car starts the scene was glitched so I thought it wouldn't be great with this. Then tested with 60, 90 and 120. In 120, graphical elements looked like black boxes gradually opening when you move your car further😅 so in my opinion, 60 is the best option. Idk why but EA literally Scr*wd up this thing, they should have been do something about this‼️

when i put 144+ fps my game go 10x faster LOL

PROTIP, use value of 50 (fps) so that can have benefit of smooth gameplay with no: sound "errors", heavy handling, slow map cursor. (thx to other guy in comments who wrote about that before me)(hope it will be easier for people to notice this fix)

With this command set in 165, my game can run in 165 fps but the car speed only 200+ when my car can run 300+ in 30fps, help. And seems my car stuck at gear 4 or 5 and the speed cant go up anymore. any solutions? I pasted the launch options on steam, the game can run but the speed and responsiveness of car is low.

playing 144 is a bit too much for the game so I think 60 will be better
