did you compress the file on your computer? what is the fie extension? if you received it from someone else, it is possible that it is corrupted. also it is possible that file extension is not supported by by windows default compressor.

Why does it tell me that I can't unzip it. It says that the file is empty. But there should be a driver in there

hey when i try to unzip the file it says windows cannot open file windows cannot complete extension

when i right click on the file, it does not say extract all anywhere

Are you sure it is a ZIP file? Also are you using Windows XP or 7?

what you can do is push extract file and then you go to downloads and search file and it should pull up name.rar.zip

Every time I try open zip file In unzip folder and wen I try open it it just goes away

Thanks for the video I just bought T mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it wouldn't support zipped files which I found weird because my Galaxy S2 did. So now thanks to you unzipped and synced to my phone no issues thanks because customer support didn't even know how to fix the issue I was having with the zipped files.
