How To Unzip And Zip Files On Windows 10 

Thank you so much. I watched several tutorials before I got to you, but it was yours that allowed me to open my zip file.

I got a computer from someone that put my hard drive into the already hard drive in the CPU. PROBLEM: the zipped files range literally from #1 through #95., I have LOTS of pictures and saved them for years. Here is what makes no sense to me. I actually have been opening the zipped files one by one and they all are set up pretty much the same. What I do not for the life of me understand is how he got so many duplicate Zip files with the same stuff on it. I mean the same pictures. Being my pictures go back in time at least 10 years, I decided to open each file and open the pictures and docs which are important to me. I have spent literally days doing this only to find the same repetitive pictures and doc in different numbered zip files. So I am taking everything in the D drive (where the zipped files are located and opening them and after opening them moving them to J or flash drive. What blows my mind is the repetition. I have deleted many duplicates thinking I am saving room on my hard drive by relocating it to my flash drive But I am Leary of deleting some pictures that may not be duplicates so I sit here and when doing move to I check both boxes for files to show me each rather than just ????. It will move but when it duplicates I still have to go back in to folder that I moved it to and then delete a million pictures and needless to say the recycle bin has to be emptied a million times. Is there a short cut to do this without having to open each file that has been zipped and how long is this going to go on. I have also come across programs that I have no idea as to what their function like WTH (Microsoft, Libra, Foreign languages . Why did this happen? 95 individual zipped files containing God know how many files in each folder. Any advice besides shot myself now and not later? Thanks for your advice from someone who has no clue prior to starting this insane project.

I have a zip folder on my MS OneDrive/documents folder. You explained it very well so I was able to extract the folder. However, the zip folder is still sitting there. I want to delete that zip folder but it is not getting deleted. What's the best way to delete it ? Please guide.

I also am totally confused about how to use OpenShot for the most part. It asks to upload and I am not seeing my files, I don't recognize what folders it lists?

So, the little download the looks like a piece of paper with one corner folded over, those are something I don't know what to do with? You've probably told me a zillion times but those are zip files?
