Glad you like them! This started out as a blog for my children 7 some day grankids, But its become a way to connect to other like minded people.. Have a Blessed Week!
Good to see you having a good day Cindy! I'm having good success with Homestead & Everglades tomatoes this year, but they were both bred for Florida conditions. Most tomatoes are done down here by July, which is one reason I tend to temp fate and grow them in the "winter".
Ms. Cindy was having a good day, so i ask her if she would help me with my video...I will have to tent these at night off and on till mid May. We had frost on May the 14th the last couple of years... The bigger plants started early will give great returns! Abe Lincoln will burn up before July ends. The healthest of the Mule Team will hang in there to fall.Jetstar & jetsetters can handle the heat better, but they will stall when the ground temp gets in the 90s...With this lineup, I can keep tomatoes till frost...
It's still a little early, but my plants are grown... I hope to hit the gardens in April, & use some row covers. The heat last 2 years has been hard on the garden, so im going to try to start early! thanks
