Delete Device From the app, then add again. Make sure your devices status already online. And make sure when add device, turn off your wifi connection, and use mobile data

My hikvision says device offline. When I switch off the router and switch it back on , it’s back online. A few hours or a day later, it’s offline again. What would you advise ? It records constantly , even though it’s offline.

Just a warning no disrespect to the video owner but I tried this and my system knocked back the up date and has locked me out of system plus cameras with no recovery. Cost to repair was more than the price of the system.Technician had to email Hikvision to un lock each camera. IF YOUR SYSTEM WORKS DON'T TOUCH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
