What type of viewer do I need to open the download please because my pc goes to media player & will not open the file! Do you mean the update file? You don't open it, it simply goes on the usb, and into your machine. As for the software, digitizing has a very steep learning curve, I would look for one that has a free trial, so you can see what it entails.
