for the record I remade stock ripped all google apps from it and made a winTab rom looks and works amazing will post short video later thus day and download

My only (very, very minor) complaint is that I ordered this in bronze and they sent me black. Yes, it should have been corrected, but we were only in country for a short period of time and I didn't want to run the risk of not getting a new one in time. I'm such a fan of Samsung Galaxy tablets that I'd rather suck it up than lose out on having it. In the big scheme of things, this rates an irritant factor of .0000000001 out of 1000. In other words, I'm not looking at the colors when I use it, so I got over it very easily.
Hi Puck...after the successfully upgrade to LineageOS (regarding your tutorial) I have several Problems with my T280: - the tablet is very slowly - no Sound (RU-vid, music etc.) - brightness is not possible to change - And I have a strange red frame on the screen during some operations (during downloads for example or whenever the tablet is busy and compute) Do you have a idea what Kind of Problem it is? I am still waiting for the source and red borders to be fixed. The developer also promised to fix the audio, let's just give him time! His work is awesome! While waiting I am modifying the stock rom, just to debloat it and practise (because I am a beginner :D)
I didnt even realize _mone had made a LOS rom for this, I also just picked one up, I might end up trying to get UT on this as well as finish my galaxy note 4 port, Im also working on a couple other devices in between doing my real job as well

I installed this rom on this tablet. The ROM is not official. One of the problems is that while using the tablet, it makes a popping noise and restarts. 2nd video is not shot. 3. Own camera app not working. Another application needs to be installed. 4. The microphone does not work when making a video call. He has some problems. Is this ROM related? Should I install another ROM or go back to stock ROM? I don't want to go back to Stock Rome because it's old and slow
ok the fix is download official open it and get out the bootloader.tar put device in download mode flash Bootloader.tar and it will reboot after that - and will be fixed get the original firmware from here samfw.com

The very first information that should be mentioned is that THIS DISABLES THE MICROPHONE, CAMERA AND SOUND (AS IN NO AUDIO AT ALL!!) This is evidently not for everyone. Why wait 14 minutes to tell that fundamental piece of info?

hey man my t280 is stuck on boot screen because 2 years ago while moddating it i did something wrong, now i was trying to reinstall the stock firmware but odin doesn't detect it do you have any advice? I have already tried different cables different versions of odin and installed the drivers, please help me I don't know what to do anymore
so try to go into recovery mode from out download mode by pressing vol down + power untilnit reboots then be quick vol up + bixy + power - and release when tou see logo - if you get in wipe data factory reaet and reboot
cannot remember if there was - go into developers options by tapping 8 times on build number in settings and turn on oem unlock if it's there if not there is mo 🔒

I have the same issue. I followed all the instructions now my tablet (Sm-T285) is stuck on the Samsung Loading screen. I can't even get so far as to reboot back recovery to re-install. Could you please help me?
Press and hold power and vol down until device reboots then be quick press and hold vol up home + power release at logo - that will bring u2 recovery mode
I installed the rom just like you said, but I came up with this problem. On the last step of the process, when I reboot the system the default image of Android 5 appears and it freezes. Do you know how can I overcome this issue and install the rom instead? Thanks in advance.
hi bro i would go into recovery and wipe cach system data and dalvik - reinstall and reboot - I also have a Lite custom stock - that rom is fully official

Please help, After flashing TWRP, (twrp_3.0.2-1_sm-t280_261016.tar or twrp_3.2.1-1_sm-t280_080118.tar with Odin: Odin3_v3.14.4) disconnect the device & turn it off by pressing both volume down + Power buttons for 10 seconds or more until the screen goes black & release them immediately when it does. Then I've tried to boot in recovery to make TWRP the default recovery : Volume up + Home + Power buttons & release when I see the Samsung logo bootloader splash screen, but, the device doesn´t boot on TWRP, please help
I've found the solution: As soon as the screen goes blank change to VOL UP whilst still holding the power button and with this option enabled: Settings -> Developer Options -> OEM unlocking
