I have my mpc 60II that used to work totally fine, but some how it get freeze with erorr code its says on the screen“ sorry, but software bug of type 01h caused all memory to be lost, please write as much as you can remember of what happened that caused this screen to appear; call or send this information to your Akai distributor.” Also where i can get that chips operating system as on your video? Let me know Thanks for advice 🙏🏽

Awesome video, thanks for your efforts. I have a question, I have the original MPC60, It's got the original software on it, not the upgraded "MPC 3000 OS". We have a lot of songs saved on floppy disks along with samples. I wanted to know the best way to back those up to a computer. Is it as simple as getting a USB floppy drive, reading the disc on Windows or a Mac, and copying the files to my desktop? Any guidance would truly be appreciated Thanks 👍🏾

Do you know how to change the start up screen? To change the owners name and who the mpc is licensed too.

My MPC60 mk1 shows lines or sometimes like a brick on power up. Just for a second but I feel like I don’t remember it doing that. Is this indicative of anything wrong with power? I’ve had issues with the expansion ram also and I’m wondering if there’s another underlying problem.

do you have a video on how to install the compact flash drive on the mpc60ii ? i have a mint unit with vimana 3.15 installed but still on floopy disk

Bro i have problem in mpc 60 II ,i press pad 13 he triggers pads 14 15 16 for example,but i replaced pads sensors…what is the glitch?
