I followed this step by step and I was finally able to upgrade my windows 7 to 10. I was so worried that when I enabled the updates it would bring back the problem I was having with the final windows 7 update (my trackpad stopped functioning), but it didn't cause any hardware problems. @@architmishra015 as far as I can tell, I lost nothing. I can see all of the files in the same file structure an before the update. For some reason my track pad sometimes functions and others not. It’s definitely a windows problem because I can move the cursor before windows loads and as soon as it loads then it stops working. Oddly, I can use the pointer in the middle of the keyboard just fine.

While running MediaCreation I'm getting a notification "There was a problem starting Setup. Close the tool, restart your PC, and then try running the tool again." What should I do? Can you suggest me please.
