In this video we'll install LED headlights from Amazon along with the low beams, high beams, and running lights. The new ones are 500x brighter than the old halogen bulbs. I'll also replace the tail light bulbs with LED's.

For the plug on the new led. Did you have to remove the female from a mount on the van bulb receptacle to plug it in. My female is mounted, vs being free like yours.

@newera4k333 I have a plug like you are describing. I have not been able to get it unplugged. Is there a trick, a tab to press or something? How did you get yours out?

@mikehartjunk I made the mistake of thinking the high beam was the low beam or vice versa. Once I revised that I was fine. My job was identical to the video job. Only issue is my left high beam won't rotate all the way into a locked position. It lights up and doesn't throw a code, but after some bumps it bumps out and I get a check high beam on the dash. I may add a small dab of hot glue to hold it in place. The only code I'm getting is check running lights. Which I didn't replace, and they are still the old fashioned bulb.

Hi there, I found it on Amazon but when I put 2021 MB Sprinter it says is not compatible. I see yours work and it is also on your description "Halogen Replacement for Jetta Sprinter Sedona Sonata, 2 Pack" so I will order and see what happens...thanks

Yes! They are still working great! I'm super impressed with these. We took a long trip out through South Dakota and Colorado and ended up driving through some wilderness roads at night. These things light up the road really well and with the high beams on we don't even use our light bar on the roof. I'm super satisfied, we are at about 10 months on these. The've been through 20 below zero winter and 100 degree summer.

I"m pretty sure that the 2021 and 2022 are the same but you should check it out. Pretty easy to check online.

is the running light a separate bulb? I replaced the stock with h15 aileo high beam, but i still get daytime running light code.

The running lights and high beams are one bulb. You need a bulb that says it’s canbus rated

do you have any dash board warnings abut the lights? i have heard sometimes they throw a code. do you think this will work in a 2019 sprinter mercedes?

Nope, no warnings or errors on the dash. These work great!

I’ve never tried it but it’s essentially the same Van. Let us know how it works. There isn’t a downside since Amazon will take them back for any reason.

Fellow MN vM owner here. I noticed that you have heavy weight license plates. I have the 2500 as well. Why did you get the heavier plates? I just have regular plates.

I sent in pictures with proof that I have a toilet, sink, shower, and heater to the state. Got some RV plates which dropped my plate fees by $600/year. Also dropped my insurance way down.

Unfortunately the vendors keep changing their ads on Amazon which changes the links. I'm not affiliated with them so it's hard to keep up. Do what I did and try a few and send back what doesn't work. If you find something that works as well let me know.
