How to Upload an Image In Cricut Design Space 3.0 

Are you kidding me!? I’ve had my Explore One for two years but barely use it because I don’t know how! You’re videos are transforming my ability to be creative! I’m so excited and grateful for the easy to understand instructions, your videos are a pleasure to watch! I have subscribed and allowed notifications which I almost never do! Thank you for your time and expertise!

I agree with Pamela & Linda!!! I love your teaching method! You explain everything so completely, it’s easy for this old grandmother to understand! I’m the owner of a Cricut Expression 2 which, I must admit, was used less than 10 times when I first got it & then let it sit on the shelf for 6 years. After watching a lot of your videos first, I was convinced that I can learn how to use an Explore Air 2 so I bought one the end of November. (I gave my granddaughters & daughter-in-law the Expression 2. They are young enough to figure it out with a little help from me to get them started!) I’m still in the learning stage, but watching your videos really helps me understand my Cricut & (especially) Design Space! Thanks, Lorrie, for all you do!!! It’s greatly appreciated!!!

Lorrie, you and Melody Lane have been such a Godsend! I got a Cricut Explore Air 2 for Christmas and knew absolutely NOTHING about it! Nothing. Lol. I'm like, "Wow...what is this?" Lol. I'm a painter and only dabbled with making the odd card. So paper crafting isn't really in my wheelhouse. But I am excited for the stencil possibilities. I love stenciling on old cupboard doors and over abstract backgrounds. Always good to learn new things. Thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously. It's very appreciated! :)

Just an hour before I saw this, I was thinking about looking up a video on this exact subject. You explain how to do something very simply.

Excellent video. I like how you stay on one subject and continue it all the way through. This was very helpful. I usually have trouble knowing how to look for an image. I recently wanted to make a Seattle seahawks birthday card for my grandson and was not sure how to look for that kind of picture. Your video was so helpful because once I find an image you were able to teach me how to put it in design space and how to clean it up and save. I really appreciate having a good visible teaching tool and that’s just what you made. Thanks Lorrie!

Lori, thank you so much for your videos. I've had my Cricut Maker for about six months and still struggle to remember what I did for a previous project to be successful. Your videos help me to not tie an anchor on my Maker and throw it off a cliff. :-)

Hello, just wanted to say that your video's are really helpful. I have a circuit that I'm learning to use. Trying to cut my own stickers out for my Erin Condren planner. I've spent a fortune on buying them from different shops. I can still buy from the shops but would save a ton doing it on my own. So Thank You for doing these! Very Very Helpful.

I have added some tags to images after watching this, but would like to tag some images I had previously uploaded without tags. I can't find a way to view or edit the tags of already uploaded images. Is there some way to do this that I have missed, or is that option not available?

Hi Lorrie, Love your videos too! Big Question my Cricut Maker DS does not work right sense the Last Windows 10 update. The update caused major problems with my USB ports on my laptop it really missed up a few things. The touch pad work right it wont turn off totally even though is shows it is turned off while mouse is connected. the mouse seems to work right, my headphone mic doesn't work either. my old epson artisan printer still works via usb. I don't want to cause more problems , want to ensure all will usb work. Laptop has i5. Thanks for help

Plz help I mean what is the difference of cricket access and the design space 3. I pay 9.99 a month and well I'm a lil disappointed I'm sure it's a lot to do with me not being super tech savvy mostly it's not that difficult

Hi Lorrie, I’m wondering about resolution. You said 200, and you prefer 400. Once you have the image in DS and are resizing it, is there a way to see when you have made it too large for printing cleanly? Thanks for the tutorial and cheat sheet, very nicely done.

I know this was years ago, but I hope someone can help me.. I can not get my images to upload, it just says image saved and will not go to my canvas so I can edit or do anything.. anyone suggest Anything? Thanks

Hi Lorrie since this is an older video you probably won’t respond but first of all thank you for all of your great videos. I uploaded an image - my name that was create by an Etsy seller. Love the way she wrote my name and want to put it on my tumbler. I followed your instructions to upload and it worked for the most part but when you get to the part where you clean up the image- no go- it doesn’t show anything. It’s like my name is inside a box. So I cleaned up what I could and it outlined my name but not the inside of some of the letters like the d. I can’t clean up the inside of the letters because my name won’t show up on preview on the page where you can clean up the image. Help!!
