How to Upload/Import Test Questions to Blackboard...and vice versa 

Demonstrates how to convert quiz or exam questions in Microsoft Word documents and upload them into Blackboard. Also shows how to generate tab-delimited text files (.txt) using Microsoft Excel and upload them to Blackboard as Test questions.
