So.... I am REALLY confused with this whole thing. I want to join Roblox ONLY to be a content creator. (I am skilled in 3D mesh already, no worries here.) But I'd be coming in fresh from a different 3D game. I am looking to restart on Roblox for several personal reasons. I do plan on playing some games and such first to learn more BUT! To upload, you have to have a monthly membership right? And then on top of that it costs even more to upload? So are we looking at like... $10 per upload here? Can you maybe help my brain understand? yes you need the 1000/2200 roblox premium and each upload fee is 750, then there are also advance fees to put things onsale published to your profile or group
hello! i have a problem, so when i try to upload my UGC on the last screen it gives me something saying "1 error" and it says my ugc resolution is higher than the supported resolution. im not rlly sure what this means or how to fix it. ty! :D
I want to ask, if i am a complete beginner, never openned blenders, roblox studio, nothing. Where do i start?? Any tips and advices, and also when u do comms for other people , how do u send the ugc to them??😊
@@salty3704 I know many people start with the donut tutorial so you can search that up, and i w start commissions until you get a base understanding and skill on blender to send models you can send the blend file if you both use the same version or export (usually as an obj)
Hey Jolin sorry to bother but, i made a hair yesterday following ur steps and everything went well but after i moved the hair to roblox studio to see and test when i put the texture on it, the texture starts flickering/glitching. Do you know a fix for it or i will have to try remaking it all again?
Hey, do you know why when I upload a head/face with this plugin, it's coming out smaller on Roblox than how it looks in studio??? No hairs fit on my head.
Thank you for this video! but I have trouble placing the hair on my rig in Roblox Studio. I tried copy and pasting the location like you did in the video but it didn't seem to work. I also tried manually placing the hair but it wouldn't sit properly on the rig. Is there an alternative method besides copy and pasting the location? Thank you for always making helpful videos. But I have a question. When I make hair and import the obj file from Roblox, the hair texture is ruined. and Hair becomes distorted
@@JolinCookie first off i do the blender then get it back to roblox studio then make the mesh a accessory when i do that the mesh becomes so big and doesnt get resized
I have a problem...whenever i model hairs on rigs in blender it appears like they fit perfectly on the rig, but when i upload them to roblox studio they never fit correctly. I have no idea what to do about this and I dont know what I'm doing wrong :(
Hello! it's been a while since I'm interested in ugc creating, I tried for hours to make a face but when trying to put it on the Roblox head in blender it only showed a big eye of my face. I wanted to ask if you could help me trough discord or anything? I'm so disapointed it didn't work :,(
