Great video. Picked up a few useful tips. It may be beneficial to also explain the option of using both forward and backward movements/motions and muscles utilised for each.

Hi does it matter if your heels lift off the foot plates? Feels more comfortable for me than keeping my feet planted on the plates

No not at all. You may have tight calf muscles, but that may not be a problem. Lifting the heels won't affect your performance on this machine though 👍
