Thank you for the explanation of your class! I teach public preschool and it’s so different in districts even within my state. I’m always interested to know how different places do it!
Thanks a lot. I am a pre-k assistant teacher. In the state where I am they don't let us do any work sheets. Most of their time is play time. I was teaching in another country other levels we were really teaching.. I am just frustrated and do not know what to do to help my class kids!
Oh I am sure that is frustrating for you and those students who are ready for more. The best advice would be to sit down with them and "play" while teaching. If they are playing with kitchen you could ask for a plate with 10 apples etc. Get's some academics when they have no idea!
@@Kristen_Lankford thank you so much for the response. OK that is a good trick. No work sheets but we can work other ways, though, as my last job in another country was college teacher, it's not enough but we need to work it out😀. Thank you.
Awesome idea! Just an idea…For my take home folders I have labels that correspond to the side it’s on. So for the left side, it says “left at home” and on the right side it says “bring right back”. I think I found them on Pinterest for free.
