It would be good to share axe safety techniques, like carrying, testing for space, and where others should stand. Then how to temporarily store an Axe in a log, and how to easily and safely remove it. You could even include making wooden gluts on the job, and how much safer and easy it is to use them rather than muscling through the wood. How a hand axe differs from a hatchet, and the advantages of each for its intended job. A lot of pain, fatigue, time and money can be saved by these techniques.

Gransfor Bruk hand hatchet perception? Wife bought me one and it’s awfully short, 8-9 inch length however as I’m becoming acclimated to size I’m learning how much you can do with this tool. Thanks for excellent review! Love your Condor creations and own many of your tools. Condor should consider making hand axe.

Everything you split had a nice flat end because it was cut with a saw. If you crosscut the wood with an ax and then try to split it it would be harder. Thanks for the video!
