Well, how did things turn out? I literally received mine yesterday...

No more than 5 mins...that I know...start with lowest setting..according to what I have read, doing it longer won't bring better results...the treatments, if done consistently, build upon each other...

In my experience I noticed a huge change in my chest acne.

No you should only put your finger on the tube until you touch your skin then remove it. Putting your finger there grounds it and if you keep it there while you’re moving it around your face you’ll notice that you don’t feel anything. Once you remove your finger you will feel the tingling that let’s you know it’s working. Any aesthetician can tell you this.

You should feel tingling right after you remove your finger from the glass tube after touching it to your skin. I don’t suggest going higher than 5 or halfway on the knob you will feel more tingling but if you go more than halfway you could dry out your skin. It also works better with gauze all the aestheticians use the gauze for some reason it makes it enter into your skin better. Also it really helps right on a blemish if you kind of go back and forth with it closer and then further away from your skin with the gauze on there you might even notice that a little bit further from your skin you could actually feel the tingling more. I only got mine yesterday but I knew something was wrong because I wasn’t feeling anything so that’s when I started looking for answers. I was leaving my finger on the glass tube not knowing any better and actually scared to remove it as it is scary using something that’s glass and filled with gas on your face!
