When I am chanting the Brzee, Shreem brzee. My skin texture becomes softy shining and hair becomes softy. May I know the reason of it. After doing this mantra chant, that energy inside changes gives me bit more energy than before.
1.If you are irritated and keep the mantra in your mind without commitment and enjoyment. Then mantra never work. 2. Mantra should be chanted in synchrony with your breath. 3. Focus attention on the brief and it will slow down by itself and along with the chanting.
Don't lcn much on RU-vidrs mantra have always it's power whn you chant hundred percent ull get result , keep on mind when asuras wnt something from thy is to chant mantra n get power from God , then y not us .... Just keep hope n keep chanting in all time ull get blessings soon ...
marcia menezes basicamente ele diz que é pra segurar a respiração enquanto chanting ou slow it down porque quando a gente respira pra fora a gente está perdendo energia, e devemos reter energia ao recitar, requer um controle bem calmo pra repitirem estas palavras, mas assim que aprende fica mais fácil e a gente nem percebe.
