Hi Samantha, good morning I follow you on Facebook. I had a bilateral knee replacement done on August 12. I’m still struggling quite a bit with my knees not getting the pen I need. I am constantly in pain and not sleeping well at night. I really would like to join the course you have online, but unfortunately, I cannot afford it. I live on a tight budget. I also follow you on RU-vid and seen most of your videos. I’m looking for a video with stretching exercises. I appreciate everything you do for the community or Facebook community and all the great advice and help you offer for free. Thank you Samantha highly appreciate it.

Thanks Dr. Sam for always providing great information and recommendations to aid in TKR. I have been following you since three weeks in and now 13 weeks and I have 124 ROM. It has not been easy but, following you, my PT team and listening to my body. Using alternative methods to achieve results which has worked for. Keep going community and do not give up- You got this!

Do you have any videos about what to do before surgery? I am told I need a need replacement and trying to avoid it plus I am wondering if issues with muscle imbalance is causing so many knee issues. There are way to many knee replacements and wondering if just massaging and loosening muscles people could avoid surgery.

I had Revision surgery on my right knee in Oct 23. I feel fine, BUT the ligaments of the upper thigh area are touchy as heck. I have used the wife's thumper like yours, but it does not seem to help. Any suggestions?
