Hi. I do have one of those. I found it at the thrift store and it came with a cover for the large flat part of the board. Thought it was the cutest little thing. Only used it once so far. Now I know all the things it can do. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I wish I could find a thrift store that had one. I just checked Amazon and a new one costs around $70.

How important is the ironing-padding cover on the largest base that I’ve seen in instructional videos by the Book writers of Jacket’s for Real People?

I am not familiar with that book. You can always put pads on any of your ironing wood for a smoother edge on it. Just like your ironing board has a pad on it. Fun fact, lots of vintage ironing boards are wood!

@SewAnastasia Looked up the Laurastar iron, wholly smokes, they're pricey, like over 3k for some models! We have a Rowenta with a large remote tank that puts out a lot of steam, works for us lol. BTW, I really like your colorful hair, cute nails, and beautiful dress. I just love your super cool sense of style. You must be the most fun & creative person on youtube! Your such a class act and a jaw dropping natural beauty too 😍 George is one lucky man!!
