Great video 🔥 Did you ever convert it to loop? I bought the gun, but can't find/ don't remember if there were parts I needed to try the loop pile. I can't find any directions.😮‍💨

Hi, okay my next question is what do you do when the yarn is fuzzy when you tuft. Like it’s not really cutting but it’s only when I use this particular yarn

it is definitely worth the investment, especially for a side gig. I don't do it full time at all, this is just a hobby and it still has been wayyy worth it .

@@FGGCUSTOMS so update I started and I love it!! Finished my first rug working on the second. But quick question if I forget to flip the image and traced it already, could I flip the cloth over and retrace it or is it better to just start again on a new cloth ?

I have not yet. Turns out, I was sent two scissors instead of a loop thread part. So Now I am stuck with two cut piles until they send me the right attachment.

Love your videos and how you stay real. I did have a question, why do you say not to use WD40? Cause i use it. Some people say to use it, some say not to. And then some people say not to use sewing machine oil? So im confused lol Which one should I use and why and why not? Thanks. Good to see a new post 💯

I was using WD40 at first just once but I researched and it is mostly used for rusting purposes and not lubrication. The consistency of it is different also, Its not an oily consistency that is needed for lubrication. It moreso loosens the gears instead of lubricating it . Its work, just overtime u definitely wanna get something that has a good lubricating consistency

Sewing machine oil is what you want to get generally. Its a textile machine just as the tufting gun so It will serve a good purpose for the gun as it would for the sewing machine.

I was thinking about taking a $250 tufting class. Do you think its totally necessary or should i just buy a $170 gun and try it at home after watching a bunch of your and other videos? 🤙💗
