Hey Brooke, great video. One suggestion though, use the wider tool to spread on your final pass. That way your not fighting with the edges of your tool dipping into your work area. Not trying to arm chair quarterbacking, just trying to help make it easier
Nicely done! Short and to the point. Great demonstration, sped up in the right places and thank goodness the noise of the vacuum plus sander omitted. Very informative. Thank you!
It helps to fill the holes with steel wool (or news paper, paper towles...) before adding Bondo so it has something to hold onto and doesn't take so much to level the hole.
i love bondo, you can literally shape it into anything then paint over it and it'll be more durable than even birch wood, just keep in mind, you only need 2 dots of hardener per quart of bondo or it'll dry within seconds, then you'll have to sand off and try again
Blank the bottom off with something. Mix up some two part epoxy in different cups. Add different dyes to each cup. Start adding epoxies in randomized pours. Take a toothpick and drag it through the epoxies to add a fun design. Run a flame like MAP gas over the epoxy (do not directly hit it) this will draw the bubbles from the epoxy to the surface then let the epoxy dry. Remove the blank, install LED lights under the countertop to see that baby shine!
