After cleansing with the cream to foam, and I apply my toner, my face still foams when applying the toner, I feel the cream to foam doesn’t really get off my face, what can I do differently? Should I wait for the cleanser to ladder fully before applying it on my face ? Or what I’m experiencing is normal ?

Maybe you used too much, next time use a little less cleanser, ensure to rinse you face off thoroughly with lots of water. The use your toner followed with the other products.

Hmmm, if this just started, then your skin barrier is compromised… If it’s been that way since then you need to figure out the culprit…. I’d say leave out the good molecules and see what happens

Where could I be going wrong, I cleanse with the Cerave blemish control cleanser then use the ordinary Niacinamide and Hyaluronic acid before applying my am spf50 facial moisturise. My problem is I get peeling when applying the moisturiser

Try this, after cleansing apply one or two drops of hyaluronic acid on damp skin, allow it to fully absorb into the skin and the go in with about two drop of niacinamide, pat onto the skin and allow to fully absorb before going in with moisturising SPF. Try not to use too much serum and apply the hyaluronic acid before niacinamide.

If you think it’s from the moisturiser, then stop using it and switch to a lighter moisturiser ( perhaps this is too heavy for you)

Thanks! Using Sunscreen daily will prevent further appearance of the hyperpigmentation, along side melanin inhibitors eg- Azelaic acid, tranexamic acid, Kojic acid. Finally consistency and patience is key.

You can moisturise after cleansing, if you have a serum, then cleanse, serum and moisturise . Yes, you can apply your serum even with oily skin.

Yes you can, but then if your skin starts to fill irritated, then you should switch the cleanser to something mild and gentle

It’s not a treatment, but can help alleviate the breakout when used alongside products that will treat your breakout ( ps- there are different types of breakouts, I don’t know what category yours falls into. If it is severe, please see an aesthetician or dermatologist for physical assessment )
