This is especially true for oily skin types, which are not suited for these formulations. Even with non-comedogenic ingredients, you can encounter this issue. How long have you been using it, and did you actually experience any breakouts?

Yeah, most often we don't know the exact amount, making it difficult to judge if you really need an additional serum. However, you could try it. Alternatively, simply add 1 drop to the moisturizer, mix it to give it a little boost, and then apply that mixture. :)

This means that these actives can be mixed in a somewhat random manner, so it really depends on the individual formulation of the products, making it impossible to predict. 😞
