Coffee, sugar, drugs, alcohol, weed, vape, processed foods, seed oils, heavy workouts, cold showers, p//o//r//n, video games...etc = Depression and anxiety. People are like zoo animals, corporations and so called doctors brainwashed by big pharma love it = $$$$ there are no depression, anxiety, diabetics in nature, but plenty in a zoo.
