Thank you!! This video is SO helpful on how to put all of the accessories together! I just purchased a Crosstour CT9700 and used it for the first time today to film some gardening videos. Couldn't figure out the chest mount portion until I saw that the adapter parts were connected together. Love Crosstour!

just bought the camera and its amazing i was abit confused at first with all the parts but its all good now thank you :D

i bought one of these, probably about 6 months/year ago. and all these bits have pretty much sat in the box, with me not knowing what or how to use them. now i'm itching to go for a drive or a bike ride lol

Good demonstration, that really helped a lot. Crosstour, you should make a picture manual for your accessory. Not all the parts I have was shown (about half), so I still need to figure out the rest. Also, not sure a video of installing the battery was needed. How many customers can't install a battery? 😂

This camera is amazing!! there are two tripod holes on the frame mount,right?? But what I bought had only a tripod hole on the top. Is this a flaw?? I always want to use this camera!!

Hi, my 4K wifi CT9000 came Christmas Day and I am really happy, I am just asking whether the wrist remote control for taking video and photo from your wrist is water proof? I am going to vlog my Center Parcs days and going down water slides will help if I can just take video from my wrist.

Is the glue hard enough to hold the camera on my helmet? Up to how much km/h is it possible without cable ties? Because I want to use it during riding my motorcycle and there are no holes to fix it.

My CT9000 camera just won’t fit into the black ‘backpack’ holder no matter how hard I push it just pops out on one side. It’s almost as if I’ve received the wrong backpack for my camera.

Hi I just got this camera and I was wondering if the case with holes in can be switched with the one without holes on the waterproof casing?

When I push the power button on the waterproof case, it turns on and then it turns off immediately after. I thought it might have been the battery, but it works perfectly without it and it stays on. Is there a way to fix this?

Relieved to have seen this video, just couldn't work out how to bike clamp it. Only thing I would say is I really wish they'd just come up with a flush bracket for the bike instead, rather than topping it up with all that apparatus/height - it can't be difficult surely?

I’m having difficulty connecting to my phone, I’m using an iPhone 6 and using th ct8000 4K version. It just keeps telling me no internet connection under the Action camera Wi-fi settings. Any ideas anyone?

When I get it going properly I'll need more batteries they only last about 30 min

Can the waterproof case work with the harness?

For the most part, these are well designed and well made, with one notable exception. There are way too many pieces being used for the bike mount. The camera is extremely shaky and even with image stabilization turned on, the video is unwatchable. It should be reduced to a single piece that attaches to the handle bars and camera. All the manufacturer would have to do is redesign the handlebar mount so that the tightening screw runs parallel with the bars, rather than perpendicular to them.

funnily enough the handlebar mount does not fit all handlebars. cannot get this aroud my road bike handlebars at all due to the screws being way too short. I also can't mount it anywhere else on the bike so getting the camera was pretty much useless

So would have loved for the clip on mount female screw holes to have one male end on top to say screw on a proper external mic...the top female screw is pretty much useless.

How come the pkgs are not marked for what they are used for? Would be nice if the person doing the video could speak while doing the video. I have had this camera since before Christmas and cant use it because there are no instructions on what and how to configure for different uses. The warranty will be up before I can use it.
