@@robertleont Just saw your message, if you want my honesty. I put 4 Magic Crystals so far onto Dark Rain so he is now at level 124 at the moment. If your referring to the lapis I spent to acquire Dark Rain EX+3, at this time I don't remember the amount spent. I believe it was slightly more than 40,000 Lapis.

Sure. Magic Boost+ will boost the user's MAG by 200%. 300% if used again. This boost will last until an unrelated ability is used. So if you use an attack that scales off MAG (like Dark Rain's MAG-type LB), the attack will be boosted. The MAG boost wears off afterwards, so you'll need to stack it again if you want that additional power. To be more specific, it doesn't boost LB damage - it boosts your unit's MAG. So this ability isn't really great for ATK-oriented units like Sephiroth.

With EX+2, things are sped up a bit: Turn 1 - One and Only Ruler, Feel the might of ultimate power!, Dark Suppression Turn 2 - LB Turn 3 - 2 Dark Suppression and 2 Store Turn 4 - SLB
