Here's another Mac tip that just might change your life: Dictation and creating a dictation key on your keyboard. This very cool feature adds a key-stroke that will turn on dictation in any app or field you can type in. I actually like it better than Siri because it doesn't time-out if you're silent. Much like speech to text on the iPhone.
