Hi Jeff! Great video, I just have no idea why it was recommended to me. Nothing I do on this website has ever been even tangentially related this program or real estate. Despite this, RU-vid is INSISTENT that I watch this video so i dunno. I guess the Google algorithms know something I don't. Perhaps in the coming day, as this plague continues to sweep across this country, DocuSign will become a vital tool, and I have just yet to realize it. This is for signing Contracts, Agreements, Acknowledgement of receiving an order etc., basically any document that needs to be signed by two or more parties and will be done thru an electronic paper (as per his sample) and can be sign electronically without them having to print it out into a paper or sign by a pen. Two people from opposite corner of the globe can agree in writing not just verbally in seconds once the details were agreed. That is why we can save paper/trees on this innovation.

Thanks for the easy step by step. Im starting a new job and wanted to know how to use this and it helped. I was just wondering if you get like a 30 page document that has to have a signature, do you just keep pressing the signature button and press where or is there a short cut to just keep adding them quicker?
I upload one document for, after enabling field, When I check tablet and mobile view, the field moved above. I opened it in mail and opened same document in mobile. when click mobile friendly, the editable field going bit above. please help me
Hi Jeff. Thanks for the vid. I have 2 basic questions. 1) am I correct in assuming we should upload PDF rather than Word documents? If I upload a word doc will the recipient receive a PDF or word format document?
I always do PDF although I believe you can do word doc as well. The recipient would just get a form to sign, it wouldn’t be pdf or doc it would go through DocuSign.
I need one final step it’s saying 1. Log in to DocuSign 2. Click START NOW 3. Add Documents 4. Select “i’m the only signer” and click SIGN 5. Drag & drop your signature I don’t see anything of that when im logged in . Please help😭
Hi Jeff. I am setting up a docusign document, the sender is blue fields and recipient is yellow fields. When I enter all the text, I get a problem when previewing. When viewing as the recipient, ALL text fields that i filled in as the sender (yellow) are blank in the preview. And vice versa. When viewing as sender, all the text I filled in on the recipient side (blue) is blank. Isn't this a problem? Then the recipient can't see any text fields I have filled in when reviewing to sign?
I watched your video, but what do the letters and numbers mean on the bottom of the DocuSign and dose it change when you receive a new one to sign. Thank you Jeffry Holt
How do you keep your docs all together in Docusign, like pre-approval, broker docs, amendments and keep all the docs together per home address, easily to spit off to your managing broker?

Hi, thanks for this video. I need docsign to be sent to 2 people to sign and one person to just read that , when first person sign then a copy goes to someone else to read the document and then sign by 2nd person . is it possible?
Any idea why when I sent my contract to the seller to sign, they couldn’t see any of the typed data? I used “Read Only” for every field that I typed data but I noticed you didn’t. Maybe that has something to do with it? Anyway, good video. Nice and short.
Hi Jeff, how can I add a seal in an envelope? For example, I need to send Tom a contract. It demands Tom's signature and the Company's confirm (seal) I've already know about the signature, but how can I deal with the seal？ Should I download extra softwares for seal?
all well and good. you did not mention that you are dragging the signature box, the initial box, the text box into the document. not having used it before, i feel that is the most important thing to tell someone and not move so quickly. it i don't know the program how would i know that that you have to number the box of recipients in order. so this is a brief video, but you are missing the basic of how to use doc u sign. explain the the screen and what the items mean. dragging and making a text box.

Great tutorial, I have been using it for 2 years now a very great app. My question is how do you make it easy when you have several letters to be approved by one person, putting signature in every letter is so tiresome. Is there a simple way?

Hey, thanks for the detailed video, can you please tell us, what if 2 people have to sign who belongs to the same party (meaning- one signing authority of say seller and two signing authorities of the buyer), how will we prepare the document in such a case of if such type of signing matrix is followed in a company..? looking forward.
Hi, I don't see the same homepage as what you see, I just see a box with "drop documents here" and a dropdown to upload it which is not similar to the dropdown you have. I have a trial account - that might be a reason?
