even not using Ableton I learned a lot about all the settings and how they apply on the signal. I use Cubase and there are similar knobs in different plugins, now I will find my way much quicker.
Silly question, but can you apply the echo to certain parts of an audio or increase the amount of echo in certain parts, if so, please let us know how? Thanks JOn
What I'm confused about is how do I echo out a piece of the song? I highlight the song and it's echoing the whole song, I only want the end piece to echo out. I use audacity and I can highlight any piece of the song and echo out manually without having the whole song to echo out but here in ableton 11 it's echoing the whole song which I don't want.
Another awesome video, I have learnt so much in the last few months in Ableton (and EDM music production) via your channel that I stumbled across :) I would love to get a session on Big Beat for example Fatboy Slim Sunset (Bird of Prey) or Acid 8000 :P
Never realised echo was this powerful, but not really ever used it, but I'll be sure to check it out after this thanks Will Will Will Will 🤦🏻 I'll get my coat 😂
Hello Mate. Just started producing cover songs with vocals. I want to use an echo effect on certain words in the song. Q: If I just want certain words to have echo would I need to duplicate the track /section off the part of the track I want the echo on and apply this device to that track or is there a way to do this on the main track? Cheers!!
When I use echo on a sample (for example a voice spoken word) and ramp up the feedback I hear an undesired higher pitch at the end of echo. Anyone else experienced this and know how to prevent this?
how do i increase the rate/speed of the repetitions from side to side on ping pong mode? i want to make it sound like the sound is getting closer and closer to create/increase intensity
