Great video, I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and essential oils have really helped along side the yoga :D . Essential oils have really helped keep my extra hormones/emotional state in check and was recommended to use aroma therapy

Great! Thanks for sharing. I recommend seeing if the brand does transparent third party testing to verify the purity of the oil and if they source their oils where they naturally grow and sustainably harvest them. It is very important that you use pure oils to get maximin health benefits.
I dab a bit of lavender oil and eucalyptus in a tissue then smell it when I trip on acid or mushrooms to combat the nausea, it also helps bring you back to baseline if things get a little to heavy
I am so glad that you asked. What's really amazing about using citrus essential oils is that they do not come from the juice of the fruit which contains citric acid. The oil comes from the peel of the fruit which gives you the health benefits you are looking for but without the issues that people experience from the juice like stomach ache and issues with tooth enamel. The oil is very effective as well because essential oils are very potent (50-75x more powerful) due to the concentration. There are lots of oils that can support healthy sleeping habits such as lavender, magnolia, roman chamomile, vetiver and cedarwood. The most important thing is to be educated on the oils and how you can use them based on your own health goals. I am happy to do do a complimentary discovery call with you to understand more about what you have going on and which oils are the best to support you. You can purchase the oils on the call if you like but there is no obligation. The purpose of the call is education. You can connect with me here :) calendly.com/jenniferpansa
Non, its all bs. I suffer from insomnia and all you'll get from these oils are smells. All the BS people say about these oils is all marketing and advertising. For example lavender is meant to help people sleep...but have you ever used and smelt most lavenders? Ain't putting anybody to sleep
Thank you for such an educational video! My concern is about the toxicity of essence oils to cats when put in the difuser. I have read in several forums that it can hurt them
I have a cat and have used oils a few times now to avoid going to the vet once when she had a respiratory issue and the other time for a skin irritation. The main thing you have to watch out for is synthetic fragrance. Most oils out there on the market do have toxic chemicals in them which should not be used around pets including pug-ins. I'm very passionate about educating people on oils, so when you purchase oils with me you can get 25% OFF and learn all about safety with pets in my supportive community. Never lock an animal in a room with a diffuser or apply oils topically before learning which oils are safe
Ma’aam good afternoon, I am suffering from childhood trauma and I’m having severe anxiety. Which oil is good for that and how do I use it/ pay for it? I believe you and I want to heal.
Well, I would have a hard time picking because I love so many of them. If there is ONE oil I have to pick it would be Frankincense because it is SO versatile. I use it for so many things; meditation, focus, energy, headaches, grounding, immune system, skin irritations, wrinkles and more! Then peppermint as a close second. Did you have a chance to read the article in this video? There is a lot of good into. Also, feel free to get in touch with me to book a consultation on what essential oils are the best for you personally. xoxoJenn
Here is a very effective face moisturizer that will reduce acne, kill bad bacteria on your skin, and give you a bright glowing complexion: Take a teaspoon of aloe vera gel add 2 drops of sweet orange essential oil apply this on your face daily as a moisturizer after washing Hope was helpful please let me know how it goes🙂
Did she just rub that oil on her? 🤔omg id be om my way to the hospital from a full blown galatic asthma attack 🙄😄 almost forgot, great video, great information been trying to figure out what's good and not good for me... Plus I'm tired of Wal-Mart brand
Most people I find having a reaction to essential oils are not using the brand that I recommend. The reaction is very often a reaction to the synthetic fragrance in the adulterated oils. Other oils for breathing that I recommend are Eucalyptus and Breathe (blend with eucalyptus peppermint+ other oils for respiratory support). Reach out to me if you would like to get 25% off and a free consultation with doTERRA
Hey David, is this how you would speak to the instructor in a in-person class? There are real people receiving the comments you leave. A word of advice that you probably need to hear. Be kind and life will kind in return. 👍 That advice is my treat. - Tyler

Yes! Oils are very helpful for shifting our emotional state because the part of our brains that process smell is the same part that processes emotion, the amygdala. They are very helpful for yoga, meditation or transformational journeys.
I will not buy Doterra. It is a large MLM company. I choose to buy from smaller responsible companies that support small size farms, and not corporations, from a supplier who is readily able to provide material safety data sheets (MSDS) as needed, from a supplier who has a strong unquestioned noncontroversial reputation in the field, and a supplier who has preferably been in the field for a number of years and is well known to other aromatherapy practitioners and/or educators. There are many great essential oil companies out there with very reasonable prices and no Wellness Advocate that receives a unnecessary profit from my purchase as part of the multi level marketing plan.
That shows you don’t know anything about Doterra’s practices. They’ve benefitted more farmers than any oil company in the industry, they don’t even buy farms, they work directly with the farmers and create incredible increased stability and protection for the communities they work with. Wellness advocates also educate others so more people become exposed to essential oils and how they can help their family. Widen your perspective and increase your knowledge.
I recently discovered a highly informative video titled "Understanding the Basics of Essential Oils with Wellness Expert Jenn Pansa" on RU-vid. I want to commend the channel for providing valuable insights into the use of essential oils. I enjoyed the content and found it exceptionally informative. I've already liked the video and subscribed, eagerly anticipating more wellness wisdom in the future! 🌿👍 #Wellness #EssentialOils #SubscribeAndLike
The best skin care will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil, this the best early in the morning on an empty stomach. In this manner you will be able to eliminate all the waste deposed in your intestines, for the Chinese medicine knows upon the assignment: skin --> bowels.
Hi! I use Aromatherapy for PTSD and anxiety and I find lavender really calming and it helps me sleep, but it also triggers my asthma if I run it too long. It's they're anything you would recommend that is asthma friendly that might have a simular affect?
Thanks so much for sharing. Lavender can be very therapeutic and great for calming as well as supporting healthy breathing. Im curious, which brand are you using? Lavender is one of the top most adulterated oils where companies put synthetic fragrance in. Most people I find having a reaction to essential oils are not using the brand that I recommend, doTERRA. The reaction is very often a reaction to the synthetic fragrance in the adulterated oil. Other oils for breathing that I recommend are Eucalyptus and Breathe (blend with eucalyptus peppermint+ other oils for respiratory support). I have both PTSD and severe asthma. I am very familiar with your experience. Depending on your level of asthma, yes, some essential oils are just too strong. I love tea tree oil and have used it in various ways. But airborne it is definitely too strong for me. And any concentration of essential oils that is strong, is going to trigger my asthma. I absolutely agree with Jennifer Pansa, that various formulations have extra ingredients that have nothing to do with the actual essential oil. So, sure, you do have to be careful about that. I really do not know what level of essential oils are safe for asthmatics. I guess you could consult with a Holistic MD, or another MD who is also connected to natural healing. Oh, like an Integrative Medicine MD. Generally, of course, lower doses are going to be less impactful. I remember decades ago, I got an herbal pillow to sleep on. It contained herbs...one of which was probably lavender. I would guess that you could get some actual lavender, not the oil...and just place it, like potpourri. Re PTSD. Very sorry to hear that. I was a violent crime victim. In 1982 was kidnapped and held for a time. Not fun, I can say that. Wishing you well in your recovery.... Definitely recommend direct counseling for the PTSD. Meditation, Hatha Yoga relaxation. "The PTSD Workbook" has relaxation exercises taken directly from Hatha Yoga.
Yes, you are right , true a good essential oils but i cannot afford them , i just go on smaller companies also pure organic and i can afford them plus they offer discount
Hi Janell. I used clove essential oil which is an antiseptic and has a slight numbing effect. It is a hot oil (very spicy) so it is very important to dilute it properly so you don't have a negative experience. In this case, I added one drop to a cup of warm water and dipped a cotton ball inside of it and added to my mouth. Also, I could have diluted in coconut oil one drop per 1 tablespoon and added to a cotton ball that way as well. This works well for kids that are teething as well combined with lavender, copaiba, and Siberian fir. Clove alone is especially good for dealing with temporary tooth pain. Of course, if you are experiencing tooth pain, make sure to see a dentist and take care of yourself.
