It was a pleasure to actually have an instructor use yoga breath! This trend to "whistle"open- mouthed on the exhale are so distracting to the flow of yoga.
Love the idea of combining boxing for strength training with yoga; it greatly improves fitness and flexibility. I think you'll love our Muscle & Joint Pain Relief Cream products and would be a great fit for a partnership. Let's discuss further and send you some products to try out.
Some good details, and some modifications for beginners included but alas she makes the same type of teaching mistakes that many others do - making it not all that 'beginner friendly' For example, on many occasions you enter a challenging pose and THEN spend ages talking details while holding it, so you're gonna lose a lot of your beginners who will probably get exhausted, strain themselves, and/or fail while trying to follow along. Plus you said you'd give guidance on breathing but instead you got distracted giving all the Sanskrit names for every pose - not much use to most people, certainly not compared to knowing when to breathe! Good for beginners who are at least modestly fit and strong already.
I used to practice ashtanga in the past, but then stopped due to a “all or nothing” attitude. I felt as though if I couldn’t commit to the entire series every day, I was a failure. Needless to say, I was wrong. I am no yogi, lifting weights is my main form of exercise, but doing even 10 or 20 minutes a couple times a week is much more manageable and still offers great benefit to the mind and body. Now I’m happy to be a “forever beginner”, only do what fits into my schedule and not feel pressured into the more advanced poses and contortionist style transitions. This video was a great “welcome back” for me and so I have to thank you!
Something is unique or it isn't unique. Things can't be most unique or very unique or really unique or especially unique. Its either unique or it isn't.

Ashton I have been regularly doing this class for about three years now and just love it so much. Ive tried other classes but keep coming back to this one as I find it the perfect balance of strengthening, stretching and relaxing. Thank you for your guidance.
i feel much more feminine right now, and i am feeling my divine feminine energy too. and i feel that i am so much more open to receive love, joy, abundance and even care❤✨💗🙏🏻 thank you for this! May God grant you more lives to live and God bless you more❤😘✨🙏🏻
It's a beautiful practice and lovely instructor but yoga brings up lots of strong emotions to deal with. Having high expections and not being as strong or as flexible as I would like to be takes lots of joy away from the practice itself leaving me feeling not good enough. Is there anything I can do about it to feel better in my imperfect body?
What you're describing IS the practice itself and is exactly the reason we do yoga! No, it's not easy, but ideally with time the pressure you put on yourself will soften and you will make improvements! Then you'll get to revel in the experience of noticing positive changes in your body, mentally and physically. Enjoy the journey! Good luck!
