I need the rubber water drain plug for the bottom. Doesn’t fit anymore. Where can I purchase one?

They say remove the filter and clean the hose where are they ?? Could you simply just lift this small machine and bend it over to the sink to empty it ??Instruction with this machine are so poor no picture not to user friendly for maintenance like how often do you have to clean it ? at every end use or once a week a month ?? Using clean water shouldnt make that often dirty !

Don’t turn it over to remove the water !! The refrigerator-pump will be damaged.

Bought one yesterday, followed the manual, and your directions. It did all of the normal cycling, the exterior got cold, but after three hours, no ice. Trying again today, if no ice, taking it back.
