I’m sure that you know this by now, but just in case you don’t. That hook on top of the spray gun hooks onto the rim of the 5 gallon bucket. Take a large rag or an old shirt and lay that over the bucket rim and hook your gun. This helps with keeping paint mist from going everywhere. That gray and white looks nice. Great job.
You need to turn the tip to the spray direction before spraying your project after the priming process. It appears he did notice and turn to spray position but did not mention it. Thats okay. Just a step that was missed.
Hi Just a few clarification on this machine. 1. How good is this machine in controling over spray . I mean when i use the compressor with a paint machine (not the airless spray) it make a lot of over spray and that over spray stuck above the paint finish in wet areas and later it can be sensed while touching the paint finish wall. 2. How is the result in wood stain or wood polish? Please any one from below comments section can also reply me. Since i need to order this machine and needed to know micro details before i make up my mind to buy it. Please help
ugh - always have your hand moving BEFORE you pull and release the trigger and never reverse direction while holding trigger. Both can give drips and uneven coverage
For one wall it definitely would have been quicker just cutting in and rolling. Bet it took a good 20 mins to tape it off. I could have cut it in and rolled it in that time with perfectly straight lines
Doing ceilings you get a bit more mist/ spray than doing walls. Cleaning is as simple as placing the suction feed hose in a bucket of water and running it through the system and sprayer until clear water is coming out. That is for water based paints. If using oil base you will need to flush it with mineral spirits. I would also Recommend using a straining net and pour your paint through it to help avoid clogs. I used this same airless painter to do my garage and took 1/5 the time as using a roller. Goes on thicker and no roll marks. You will use more paint ( well I did) but sure looks good.
@@quintonstone7324 but why it will give more mist while doing on ceiling . Is that because the direction of up side down or the distance was less as compare to the wall paint u must have been painting it.
half gal but always need extra because the hose need to be submerge all the time at least maintain lessthan half a gallon.. i painted 2 garage door and 2 door around 1.5 gal
