Haha actually it is made for metal hardening purpose thats why we used refractory material high temperature sensor for piza we can adjust it for lower temperatures thanks byt the for the comment

The wire used in electric heating elements is typically Nichrome 80, an alloy of 80 percent nickel and 20 percent chromium in matket you can find various coil sizes mainly it comes in how many watts and rated voltages. I am using 5000 watt per coil spring and rated voltage is 220 v ac

filament power is 5 kilowatt initially we used 6 elements but that was too much and we decided to reduce the number of filaments to 3 only now it is consuming 15000 watts per hour using 3 coils

अगर 15000W की खपत रखें तब माने कि clin चैंबर की साइज 2*2*1=4 घन मीटर हो जिसमें एक बैच 250 ईंट का बनाये तो 1000 डिग्री पर ईंट को हीट करने में 11घण्टे लगेंगे। मतलब एक बैच 11 घण्टे लगभग में निकलेगा। इस तरह तो ये ज्यादा उपयोगी नही लगता बैच 5-6 घण्टे में निकालने के लिए पावर 30000W करनी पड़ेगी और अगर बैच कैपेसिटी भी बढ़ानी है तो और ज्यादा पावर चाहिए। अगर लाइट का खर्चा माने 10रु/यूनिट तो 250 का एक बैच 6 घण्टे में लेने में180 यूनिट मतलब 1800 रु का खर्चा पड़ेगा। मतलब एक ईंट पर पकाने की कॉस्ट लगभग 7.25 आएगी। इस तरह से देखे तो इसमें बहुत सुधार की जरूरत है जिससे इलेक्ट्रिसिटी का खर्चा कम किया जा सके।

Yes you can make clay bricks in the oven, for backing clay bricks you need 1080 degree temperature for this oven i can go upto 1500 degrees so easily you can make clay bricks but operating cost will be higher than coal.
