Hey man, I am sure this is a great video, just like the others you've made.❤ However, you should definitely include a part at the beginning where you explain what Hive is, and maybe show some functionalities that set it apart from other similar libraries. This is because people may stumble upon this video randomly, people who are interested in Flutter, but do not know about Hive. I saw the thumbnail in my subscriptions feed and thought it looked interesting, I wanted to see what Hive was about as it may be of use to me one day, but no explanation is given. I think there is a missed opportunity here. Anyway, just my 2 cents. Cheers!
Really cool video! I'm exploring the Flutter ecosystem to find out whether I want to build app with it as a standard driver. This looks like a form of persistent state saved on the local device, correct? If I'm using a remote database, this would just be a statemanagement system like Provider or Bloc right?
