Great question Jon! You could always have package items for both venue rental AND catering items and add them all to the invoice so it's all one bill & contract.
I'm a bridal makeup artist, and for south Asian weddings we have multiple days for makeup services leading up to the wedding day and then the wedding reception. How should I be setting up the project date and how can I automate this in my contact forms to show up on my proposals and contracts? In tave I was able to set up a custom token to link it to fields later but I'm not sure if I can do this in Tave. Also should I set up a couple different contact forms so one for Wedding Day Bridal Makeup and then a second for Multiple Function Bridal Makeup (select this if you need bridal makeup services for more than one event i.e your wedding and reception are on seperate days) I feel like it'll get confusing this way
Good question! So you can add a field in the Contact Form that links the response to the Wedding Date/Project Date. I would recommend having a dropdown OR using project types to differentiate Single Day brides vs. Multiple Day. I agree I think having multiple contact forms will be too much, but you can easily gather this info on one with the use of a dropdown. Hope this helps 🙌
@@DaSilvaLife I didn't hear it anywhere I pay for a honey book subscription everything is set up for partners and photographers if you want to do contracts ext for officiants you have to pretty much make them from scratch.
