How to use insulin pen (Tresiba, Basaglar, Apidra, Fiasp, etc.)? 

So glad this was on RU-vid, this is my first time ever using this pen and it came from the pharmacy in a plastic bag with no instructions or needles. Called the pharmacy and they said I needed a prescription for the needles. Had the same issue with the sugar reader, only ten needles and no strips in the box. Also said I needed a prescription for those. This has been a total nightmare for me, good luck with anyone else using for the first time.

I am disapointed with basaglar coz the pen of basaglar has problem and sometimes very complicated to use..i contacted them few times but unfortunately nothing changed yet..

What can you do when the pen doesn't work and it locks and doesn't deliver the insulin?
