Yes, I do! Believe it or not A couple months ago someone actually told me they successfully repaired a small hole in their aluminum boat.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I was trying to see if this would spread thin enough, and yours was the only video that I could find showing this. Plus I like how you 'measured' it out; much easier to eyeball it that way, so I'm gonna copy your technique :)

You’re welcome! Happy to hear was able to help. And yeah, over the years I refined my technique lol. Started just squirting a bunch of stuff out on a paper plate and hoping for the best, but I like the tray and lining them up to get proper measurements like shown in the video. Definitely a technique worth copying. In my opinion.

It wouldn’t surprise me if it worked. The only thing that would make me worried would be the angle of the weight if you’re holding it by the handle, but I’ve seen JB weld do some pretty amazing jobs in the past, so it’s definitely worth a try
