I think they are pretty good. What I miss is a lock for the touchpad. Sometimes when puting them in the right place you do Input by accident. Otherwise pretty solid. I hope they'll last long.

I have had these for four months and about a month ago the left earpiece went very quiet (almost unable to hear anything). The tight earpiece seems to be sounding great and as it should, I have tried cleaning the left earpiece and charger, tried different settings and volume but it hasn’t made any difference. Could someone please explain why this has happened and how to fix it?

My EQ settings are not working

My left ear bud has a constant noise I can hear at low volume. Almost like the crackling when listening to old records. I got them today, right one sounds good though 🙃

How do you fix the sound once they get very quiet? I've tried all my sound setting and nothing. These worked for about a month before the left side went quiet them the right side about a week later.

Hi, I'm just curious as to whether the earpods revert back to the sound core signature mode if I place them back in their case

one ear is a lot quieter than the other tried resetting them but only flashes the light twice not three times any suggestions

They are great. Only range and battery is not good enough. There is no charging indication on earbuds and no indication of connection or disconnection. But still I like them. Sound quality and mic quality is great.

Having issues. Mine just arrived today Pairs on all devices and plays audio (samsung, iphone , ipad) except on my macbook air m 2021 . Not sure what to do anymore. I tried restarting it, unpairing and reconnecting, reformatting it by the physical button on the box, but nothing works.

السلام عليكم للأسف لقد اشتريت سماعه Anker soundcore p20i !!. وبعد فتح العلبه و تشغيلها وجدتها تعمل وجيده جدآ . لكن عندما خرجت من المنزل و بدأت اشغلها كانت تعمل وفجأة بدأت الموسيقي تقطع . اي انها تعمل جيدا في الأماكن المغلقة . أما الاماكن المفتوحه تبدأ بالتقطيع !!. مع العلم اني احمل الهاتف الذي هي متصله به في جيبي . اي ان المسافه بين السماعه و الهاتف لا تتعدى 50سم . و الان لا اعرف ما الحل تواصلت مع البائع ولا يريد أن يستبدلها لي كل ما قاله أن اعمل لها ريست و قال إنها جديده اريد المساعده لاني اشتريتها بسعر عال جدآ جدآ . ودفعت هذا المبلغ الكبير لاني كنت أراه يستحق الشراء ولكني انصدمت فيه 😔. ربما المشكله فى هذه القطعه فقط . لا أعلم .لاني لم استخدم واحده أخرى من هذا النوع . تاريخ شراء السماعه 4.7.2024
