3. In the "Paragraph" group, locate the "Line and Paragraph Spacing" button. The button has an arrow pointing down and lines of text.
4. Click on the button, and a drop-down menu will appear with a variety of options for line spacing.
5. Choose the line spacing option that you want to apply to your text. You can choose from options such as "Single", "1.5 lines", "Double", or you can even choose "Custom Line Spacing" to set a specific line spacing value.
6. Once you have selected the desired line spacing option, the selected text will be updated with the new line spacing.
Note that you can also adjust line spacing using keyboard shortcuts. To set single line spacing, press "Ctrl + 1". To set 1.5 line spacing, press "Ctrl + 5". To set double line spacing, press "Ctrl + 2".
