I've just come across this feature and your tutorial was extremely useful, thank you. Could I ask if there is a way of seeing what changes have been made by colleagues using Loop - is there a 'history' view? For example, if it's a lengthy piece of text, it might be difficult to know who has edited, and where. Thanks.
This was VERY helpful. Thank you. One question. I want to use loop for my weekly status meetings. If I add a weekly status report component into my meeting invites. Will historical data be deleted? Ex. If I updated my weeklyt status report today during a meeting. fast forward to next week. if I open my meeting invite and change my agenda and delete the notes from last week. Will I lose the notes from the previous week or will it stay in that invite? I hope I explained this right.
Thanks for your kind feedback. If the Meeting Notes are used in recurring Meetings, then you wouldn't be able to use the Loop Meeting Notes in Teams yet, as it only works on individual and non-recurring meetings. Therefore if you scheduled weekly meetings separately, you would end up with different Meeting Notes (as Loop Pages) for each meeting. With that in mind, if you wanted to keep the loop Meeting Notes together in a single page, you could create a Loop Page and add content in each week and then share that block as a Loop Component with the team. However, this option would not display in Teams, as the Meeting Notes would not be generated by the Teams Meeting. I hope that helps and sorry if I have confused you further too 😀
Sadly not, it’s currently limited to Outlook, Teams and soon to be in Word. I’d assume we will see it in Excel in the future though. In the meantime you could create a Table in the Loop App directly, share that with others via a Loop Component in Outlook or just via the link 😃
