Got copilot for office this week and have to say I’m very underwhelmed. It doesn’t feel anywhere near as powerful as the free version available in edge. Hopefully it gets better but I’m not rolling it out across the team in its current state.
Hey Richard! I think Copilot comes down to a few things including organisational readiness, understanding how to prompt effectively and the limitations of copilot. Can I ask where you are based?
I can locate the co-pilot feature in Word but not in OneNote. Additionally, when comparing Word's Co-pilot with ChatGPT 4.0, I find that ChatGPT 4.0 is significantly superior.
Hi Aldo, I have a fully licenced version and I cant get Co pilot to search all notebooks and sections, it only searches the current section. is there a way around this or a known limitation? I have been specific in my ask to Copilot to search other sections and still unable to do so - Always refers to search results in the "Current section"
It must be a limitation of copilot for now but I’m sure. My guess is would be some people have onenotes that are over 20 years old so it indexing could be hard
This is abit disappointing they pretty much added a ChatGPT UI in the tool , hope they have it more Intergrated soon i was exited about this one. Great video though.
Copilot is free and being downloaded to all Microsoft OS's. It's part of the registry and cannot be removed. It is scraping every byte of information it can grab. This one should be outlawed.
@@AldoJames Removing anything from the task bar does not uninstall it. Copilot cannot be removed from the computer. It's in the registry for a reason - so it can run unseen in the background. R
Switch your PC to the EEA. Copilot isn't available yet in the EEA due to those privacy violations. Whenever it becomes available, the EU will ensure it's in a user respecting manner, otherwise, fines will be raining down on microsoft.
