Here is a General Recipe That the ingredients were shared with me and I am sharing with you!! This is a New Process for me as well so if you have any tips or tricks I would love to hear them in the comments!!

ALBUMEN IS THE PROTEIN IN EGG WHITES. I USE THE TERM PROTEIN AS THE INGREDIENT AS I AM REFERRING TO EGG WHITE. (Takes about 3 eggs to get the 100g you need).
