if you dont see tracking do this: You need to duplicate the video to track and place it on top of the original, then you will see the option on the menu.

To duplicate the video and place it on top of the original to see the tracking option seems quite nonsensical. Tracking features in video editing software are typically accessible without needing to perform such redundant steps. What a stupid decision by CapCut.

i dont see tracking either. the free version when the video is selected the only options are (Basic, audio, cutout, motion and speed).

Motion tracking is various type. You are talking about text motion tracking. But I showed the raw motion tracking by camera.

I think this option is only available on the pro version.... Edit : I tested today and the feature IS available on the free version (I didn't see it before because my clip was a clip where the character didn't move that much...) To see the feature : - Put your clip into the timeline (your clip must be a clip where there's motion, obviously) - highlight your video in the timeline - go to video (top right) > and you will see "tracking" appear

Just copy the original clip and paste it on top, click the copied clip, then the tracking feature will pop up
