Mouthwash usually contains a high volume of alcohol and fluoride. Both of these ingredients shouldn’t be ingested in high amounts, especially by children

How to use Mouthwash
take 10 ml moutwash
Empty the cup into your mouth. Don’t dilute the solution with water.
Swish for a full 30 seconds
During rinsing, gargle in your mouth.
Spit the solution
rinse your mouth after 30 mins
