It was fascinating watching you use the Neocolor 2 pastels. I have the large set but have never used it as I couldn't figure out how it could be used in the type of art I do. Now I can see all kinds of ways to use the pastels. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise.

Love seeing the neocolor 2's! I just got a small set for myself and am curious to see what they can do. I saw some of your landscapes before and adored them so glad to get to see the process. I also love less formal sketchbook tutorials. Really enjoyed this video thank you for posting.

Amazing - I think I’ve always tried the neocolor 2s on rough paper and I never liked how they came out. Keen to try smoother paper!

Hello Laurence, loving this, I am home from work having a timeout laying down before I have to prepare supper from the U.K. I was so pleased to see this notification pop up. A comment (I am not a creator on RU-vid but love to create art and art with many things including Lego with RU-vid😂) I say alllllll of this because maybe it’s difficult to do, but because I saw your images from the North in previous videos where you showed the photos of what you painted or art’ed. Maybe a suggestion you might want to put a quick. Image of this in these new videos as you go forwards with the North series, I am happy if you do not. A suggestion for new watchers to your channel.

I absolutely love the way you use color and break down shapes! I'm trying to improve my landscapes, so I'll experiment with these techniques in my sketchbook. I think I will learn a lot about how I like to work!
