Get a pen ready for notes if you are interested in learning how I use only 1 planner for my everyday carry! That’s right, I only use one planner. I do not carry a bunch of planners around with me, I keep it simple & only carry one planner & only plan in one planner! What’s even more amazing, I use a pocket planner for it all! I use 1 planner, my catch all. I have notebooks for different things that I need, at home. I have references to those things in my catch all, which keeps me on track. Unfortunately for me, throwing away old sheets is BEYOND my comfort level. Your video was very informative. Thank you.

I found your channel a week or so ago and am obsessed! I bought several of the inserts you suggest - especially the daily customizable one! Mine is for my A6 though. I’ve been using (and still do) google calendar since 2008 and can go back that far and search for anything!

Thank you very much! Yes it’s so convenient to have the digital calendar for doing that! I LOVE the customizable daily. Amanda & I actually are collaborating and releasing something together December 7th! It is going to be great and I’ll have a video all about it then :)

I hate most apps- but I actually love Google Keep. You may already use it, but it's the only one I use.

@@solascripturamjc9681 I haven't used it actually! I use Fam Cal for a monthly calendar and grocery shopping list and Evernote to store some digital notes for reference. :)

I understand 3 or 4 planners for completely different tasks. But I’ll never understand using 3 or 4 or more planners that all have the same exact sections and do the same thing. That creates confusion and risks missing an appointment or doing something important. Thank you for this post.

I’m happy to report I stood in one planner all year, a first. 2021 I’m going into a ring bound and will be staying away from book stores to not be tempted on purchasing the cute books out there. Do share your health apps and congrats on weight loss.

Hi! Thank you :) I am not sure to be honest. It should say in the description the mm size of the rings. All the ones I have had do run small but if you get the right tools and replacement rings you can sometimes swap them out. I’ve never done so with filofax but with moterm I have. :)

Using my newly purchased Ashford M5 as a wallet and notes combination. Smaller 5 ring which I do like you do and change out the loose sheets every other day to sort, file or trash. Work log stays at work, Hobonichi mega weeks stays at home for logging diary, expenses and tracking online purchases. Do keep schedule on phone so only have a small monthly for 1 year only in M5 with symbol for events. For interesting articles I usually screenshot or record audio then type using Bluetooth folded keyboard to phone and print out on my mini thermal printer to scrapbook into notebook which also stays home. Since I bus and it's winter in Canada I really need to carry less.

I totally understand! I understand reference planners that are for specific things that stay home to reference, but to carry around everyday, I can only do one hahaha.

I can't 'do' digital, and nor can I be doing with stickers etc (tho each to their own)so it's functional and paper all the way for me, in rings. My everyday is a 'personal compact' with seriously tiny rings, but I don't need to carry everything with me, just a calendar and a few notes, so the rest stays at home in my A5. Throw old calendar pages away?? Noooooh!! 😱

Haha I get it. Digital isn’t for everyone I just find my monthly overview so convenient to see on my phone. And I know som think I am crazy to toss old inserts but unless they have something I need to reference on them, they are gone hahaha. They served their purpose for me :)

Hi Bee, may I please know the dimensions you use for the A6 files? The only reason I ask is because they seem to be smaller for me. I print the Standard (ISO) A6 Size with 38 mm Ring Spacing. I use 4.13” x 5.83” (105mm x 148mm). Even though I try to cut around your files it looks bad because it shows the cutting lines. Any suggestions? Thank you again for all your beautiful freebies.

Hello! :) so glad you are enjoying them! So when printed (atleast with the normal default settings on my printers) this prints out to be almost 6” tall and 4.25” wide. Yours is printing smaller than that? Is your printing settings at 100% scale?

Buy one planner try not to turn it into a sticker and photo book. Just pick a size that works.

@@planwithbee5846 oh this is so funny! I knew I wasn't hearing things, but I didn't know where it was coming from lol. So here's the small story behind that........I don't hear so well but I'm in denial. I don't wear headphones, etc. because I just never have, idk. I got a pair of headphone with noise cancelation and I can hear!!! But I was watching your video in my room last night with my daughter, dog and cat sleeping next to me and I could NOT figure out who was snoring!

Haha that’s funny! To be honest I’m not sure if it is in this video that you hear it.. it might have been your own pet. But in another video of mine I filmed (not sure if it’s up yet or not bc I have videos pre filmed and scheduled) I mention that my cat is snoring in case anyone hears it!! Hahahaba. That’s why I thought maybe it was this video lol! So funny!
