I LOVE that you have told ways you incorporate digital to help you with this too... I've seen so many that write everything down and I'm like...but if it's somewhere else that I can access easily... why write it down again? I'm not a big fan of duplication of efforts. Great process! New follower.

I gotta say….I’ve been watching ring planner videos for a couple months as I’m trying out rings this year. This by FAR has been thee best and most helpful video I’ve watched. Thank you so much. I’ve taken notes and am setting up my planner finally because I feel now that I know what to do. I was clueless! I knew I needed a ring planner but I had no idea where to start. I’m so happy. Im jealous of your planning system! Moreso that you're able to keep up with it. I find myself changing my system anytime i change my planner. I love how you go in depth as well, its very helpful.

This video is actually really old and my planner sections are a little different these days which you can see in my planner flips :) I do use a “last time i” tracker in my planner currently, the one on my freebies page :) I also use my simplified GTD method these days which is my coded inbox insert (from my shop) on my inbox section. I’ve been honking about making an updated planner section video actually since this one is really old LOL. Okay I dont understand why some planner people dont think you can have a pretty planner that is rproductive. Ive been planning for over 20 years and Ive managed to keep pretty in my very productive planner. It kind of erks me when someone discounts pretty over productivity cause you can have both.
You can absolutely have both! Perhaps my choice of words makes it seem otherwise to you, but I personally absolutely believe functional planning can also be very pretty and pretty planning can be quite functional. ☺️
@@planwithbee5846 Yes it did seem like you looked down on pretty planning, I know many in the community do. But for many pretty makes it fun and functional!

Thank you! Yes rings sometimes get in the way so I slit my hole punches to easily take out inserts and put back in when needed (like discbound sort of). But most of the time I manage hahahaha. The free appointment insert is no longer available due to old formatting but the free appointment sticky note printable is still! :) I do sell an appointment log insert on my Etsy though :)
Hi there! The appointment insert is no longer available but there is an appointment freebie sticky note printable on there under the sticky notes category. You can print them on sticky notes or just print them, cut them out of regular paper and use a little washi tape or something to stick them in planner. :)
In the planner sections video I am using a pocket (A7) moterm ring planner in the gray blue croc :) it is not what I use anymore. I now use A6 these days :)

I don’t know how you do it in such a small planner! that doesn’t matter as much is I really appreciate the instructions and detail that you provided because I am seriously struggling with my planners, and I need way more than just a Planner flips. If you were to create classes, I would be someone that would invest in your wisdom. Just a thought. I teach yoga, so I think that you have a great format and a great mind for planning and I’m always looking for classes to improve myself and you would do really well creating paid classes.

😂 Yeah this size planner isn’t for everyone haha. My favorite size planner (and the size I’ve been using a couple years now) is A6 😊 A6 is perfect for both on the go and stay at home with larger pages but not overly big.
